Vintage French "Missel Vesperal"


Religious books have always appealed to me, probably because they remind me of going to church on Sundays with my grandmother. I found this beautiful French "Missel Vesperal" in France a little while ago, and just had to get it. It is from the 60s, so a good vintage age, and is beautifully illustrated with many many glorious pictures. The page edges are gilded. It has a little bit of damage on the back, everything else is in fine condition -

    i have also one from my grandmother with a cover from mica
    it is nice to have these things from the past
